How do I place an order?

Please visit us at www.pdc.ae you can create an account by registering with your contact details. Browse our site & select the product(s) you want to buy by clicking “Add to cart. This will take you to the product page, where you can select the required quantity and then “proceed to checkout”.  

Why have I not received confirmation of my order, but my payment has been taken?

We offer Same day delivery to orders received before 12.00pm. Orders received after 12.00pm will be delivered next day everywhere in the UAE.What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?

What if my order is missing?

No, right now our deliveries are limited within UAE only.

What if my order is incomplete?

Please note that we only charge you for items that we deliver to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by incomplete orders.  Please reach out to us through one of our customer support channels, and we will look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. What if my order has damaged items on arrival?

Here at PDC our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please reach out to us through one of our customer support channels, and our team will be happy to support you. If I change my mind, how can I change/cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order or if you want to exchange item. The quickest way to do that is to contact our customer support team via one of the below channels:

If you have made the purchase online with a credit card, payment will be reversed in 3-5 business days.  

When will out of stock products be restocked?

How can I request a Return?

What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?

No, right now our deliveries are limited within UAE only.

Is delivery free?

Yes the shipping is free thought out UAE.

What's the minimum order value required to place an order?

There is no minimum order value.

Can I cancel the order after dispatch but before the scheduled delivery date? If so, then how will the refund be processed?

No. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

What if I receive an incorrect product? Can the correct product be delivered on priority?

If an incorrect product is delivered due to the mistake of Pdc.ae Will be replaced with the correct product within a targeted time frame of 1-2 working days (subject to availability).

What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery? Can I reschedule it? Will there be any charges for the same?

Yes, delivery can be rescheduled for the next available date. If you do not accept delivery for over 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the invoice, and a store credit will be issued.

Can I nominate someone else to receive the delivery on my behalf?

Yes, you can nominate, but we would like to have a copy of his/her ID at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service in advance to nominate the recipient.

Can I change the delivery address after I have purchased the product online?

Yes, you can change the delivery address before delivery, subject to the new location being in the same city.  However,  you need to call our customer service for that.

Can I add more items to the existing order and include them in the same delivery?

Existing orders cannot be amended to add new products. You can raise a new order for additional products.
