PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.

The confirmation email will include:

  • Order number

  • Payment reference number

  • List of purchased products/services

  • Total amount charged

  • Billing and shipping details

If the customer does not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, they are advised to check their spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team for assistance.

In case of any payment failure, declined transaction, or duplicate charge, customers should immediately contact us with the transaction reference number for prompt resolution.
