Delivery Policy

We deliver across all regions of the UAE using our own logistics service or a trusted third-party courier.

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days within UAE cities.
  • Delivery Fees: Free (for now).

To avoid delays, please provide your full address and valid contact details.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if any of the following apply:

  • The delivery packaging has not been opened.
  • The product is undamaged, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • An incorrect product was received.

Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging. If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement; otherwise, we will issue a refund.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time is 10–45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.
Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect.
