Honey from this Stingless Bees contains TREHALULOSE: Sugar with a low GLYCEMIC INDEX (GI) that does not cause a spike in blood glucose. It is 70% as sweet as regular sugar but is considerably healthier. It Breaks 3X slower than regular sugar in small intestines. Because of these properties sugar from this honey gets slowly released into the bloodstream which is beneficial for diabetes patients.
